Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Phylicia returned home from work at approximately 12:00am in the vicinity of the 100 block of Rt. 118 in Sweet Valley, PA. According to her boyfriend, they had a brief conversation, then he fell back asleep. When he awoke, she was gone.
