Identifying Characteristics: Pierced ears, light pigmentation mark in the shape of a "cloud" on rib cage, 14"-15" surgical scar extending from sternum to pubic area, surgical scar near left side of navel on abdomen, small light colored scars on right temple, light colored birthmark on unknown side of lower chest, discolored taste buds (geographic tongue), previously cracked pelvis, one kidney removed.
Jewelry: Blue sapphire ring, emerald cut, with surrounding diamonds in a white gold setting, wedding band, engagement ring with three round diamonds with filigreed yellow gold band.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Laura was last seen at approximately 6:00am leaving the Playa Flamingo dock area aboard "Kingfisher 1" boat with her husband, Mark Vockery, and three other individuals (all missing). Cell phone contact was made with the boat at approximately 1:00pm. Cell phone contact was then attempted at approximately 5:00pm but no one answered. Extensive searches for wreckage or debris have been conducted but have yielded negative results.
