$100,000 reward Summer disappeared on Dec. 8, 2004, while doing door-to-door market research in Independence, Mo. Summer knocked on several doors that day and asked the residents if they would take a survey. Several people remember seeing her, but after that, her trail disappears. Summer's bronze BMW was found in the area where she was canvassing, the 1500 block of West College Terrace in Independence, Missouri, with her purse inside it. We are absolutely certain foul play is involved. Summer has always been stable; she has held the same job and has lived in the same house for more than 20 years. She would never have left her dog for any reason, yet the dog was found in Summer's house on Friday after we family realized she was missing. We have been canvassing the neighborhood where she was last seen. We are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to her safe return. The Independence, Missouri police department is handling the case. Police have gone door-to-door, used police dogs and helicopters but have not found Summer. Description Summer is five-feet-one inches tall, weighs 105 pounds and has strawberry blonde hair. She was wearing blue jeans and a pink and gray sweater when she was last seen.
