Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. James was last seen at Buffalo Bill's Casino in Primm, NV. His rental car was located the same day on I-15 approximately 75 miles from Las Vegas. He indicated he was planning on going to an indoor gun range. An empty gun case, gun lock, and half empty box of shells were located with his rental vehicle. However, his 45 caliber Sig Sauer pistol is still missing.
