Frank was last seen leaving the Garden of Eden Gourmet Market at approximately 8:30pm in the vicinity of the 100 block of Montague St. It is believed that he rode the #2 train in Brooklyn Heights and got off two stops later which is the Wall St. Station in New York City. He has a medical condition.
