Clothing: Dark light weight shirt, medium length jean skirt, possibly wearing sandals.
Jewelry: Silver chain necklace with a cross pendant similar to the Independent brand.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Unknown. Debra was last seen at approximately 7:30am at her residence in the vicinity of 67th Ave. and Van Buren in Phoenix, AZ. She indicated she was going to run an errand but never returned.
